This is an extraordinary piece from Danny Rolling, "The Gainesville Ripper." In this particular pro se filing, Danny was hand copying the complaint of Janet Frake, a woman who Danny raped just days before the murders.
 
Frake had filed a civil suit for $1,000,000 against Rolling and herein was his copying of the Plaintiff's complaint. Danny needed to do this because he did not have access to a computer in 1997 and it was required to have both the complaint and his motion to dismiss (which we also will be listing).
 
These filings were never recorded with the court, but we see Danny Rolling sign his name no less than 12 times as either Danny Rolling or Rolling in just the Complaint "copy" alone. The writing is so thick, it feels like braille when touched - very angry copying, but similar to many of Rolling's letters. You can feel his writing on both sides of the paper.
 
These are the only known Pro Se filings of Rolling within the hobby (that we have seen). The 4-page Motion to Dismiss will be listed as previously stated.
