This is the "death shroud" card of Charles Manson. These were made possible when Jason Manson allowed True Crime Authentication to create 100 of these cards. We obtained 6 of these before they sold out in 2018.
 
Forensics:
Under a forensic "blood light" you can see actual biological evidence left behind on the shroud. Not all cards show this evidence. A blood light will not light up for other materials in the same way, allowing forensic professionals the ability to see blood on walls, clothes, carpets, etc. That is what you are seeing herein within the blue colored photos.
